What you can expect
Your day tour starts with pickup by your driver around 8:30am from your accommodation for transfer directly to
Sambangan village in northern Bali, a 2.5-hour drive by private air-conditioned vehicle. Sambangan is known as a secret garden, famous for its several waterfalls, a must-see for those who want to see more of Bali than the tourist beaches. There are about seven waterfalls surrounding this area, the highest of which is called Aling-Aling and stands 98 feet (30 meters) high. You have the opportunity to challenge yourself with sliding and jumping at the waterfalls; your professional instructor will first give you instructions in how to jump and slide safely, and a life jacket will be provided. You may jump and slide at different heights of the waterfalls (Kembar, Kroya, and Pucuk) and enjoy plenty of free time to do so.
After all the sliding and jumping, your driver takes you past a beautiful view of Tamblingan Lake for a swing at Wanagiri. Under the swing is a bamboo bridge where you can take photos with the background of Tamblingan Lake. Your driver then takes you back to your original pickup point. You can stop at a restaurant on the way to buy lunch, if you wish (at own expense). Your tour will end at approximately 5pm.
